Importance of Sleep: Podcast

Here’s a link to a podcast relevant to @salimsalimoff7648 research project. If you were curious about any of those scary results, a neuroscientist/sleep scientist has a lot to say about the importance of sleep. I haven’t listened to the podcast in a while, so I don’t remember exactly what is said, but on the link I posted there’s a summary.
